Okay -- I'm still trying to drink lots of water and not so much caffeine, at least during the work week. And I'm still trying to go for longer walks every day. My weight is still hovering around 134. (Much better than 138.) But there's no way I'm signing up for a six- or twelve-month contract at the TKD dojang now that I know I'm going to be commuting 100 miles a day. And limiting myself to one sweet per week and posting everything I've eaten has gone the way of the dog. F*ck public confession of my eating habits.
*Sigh* At least my bathing suit covers my belly.
